Qt 4.0 Tech Preview 2, and Qt D-BUS bindings.

Two (IMHO) big stories:
- Qt 4.0 Tech Preview 2 has been
released. The major change appears to be much improved accessibility
support. - Harald Fernengel has released an improved set of D-BUS
bindings for Qt 4. The most notable addition (for me at least) is that
you can connect D-BUS signals to QObject slots now, similar to the support for
DCOP signals and slots in KDE code.
